Motivate Mums offers a welcoming space for every level of fitness and every stage of motherhood. There’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else; you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, pause to attend to your little ones, or simply take a break whenever you need.

CLASS PRICING

Term 1 is an 11 Week block. 

Cost

Group Classes work roughly alongside school holidays.

Term 1 Kicks off 18th Jan and runs to the 4th April. 
 

Once per week it's $26 per session 

Twice per week $48 

Three times per week $65

Payments can be paid via fortnightly direct debit or upfront for the term. 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASSES

A community of likeminded mums who lift each other up. 

What to expect?

At Motivate Mums we are all about returning to exercise safely after having a baby. 

We concentrate on re-building your body from the inside out, working alongside Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure the best possible service. 

 

In our sessions you will find other like minded mums at all different ages and stages.

There is absolutely no need  to keep up with each other, everyone works at their own fitness level and can stop anytime to see to your little ones.  

STRENGTH TRAINING

Being strong can help on our day to day duties, we have a big emphasis on functional movement patterns that we do in our daily lives.  

CARDIO FITNESS

Cardio workouts are specifically designed no matter what stage of motherhood or fitness level. 

You can go at your own pace but still have a good workout without all the jumping and heavy bearing down on pelvic floor.
